Race for the Cure

There were 6 of us that did the Race for the Cure this year.  Krissy, Carolyn, Terry, my Mom, Jennifer, and I.  We had a great time doing it and it was just amazing to see all these people come together for such a great cause!  We took trax down and it was so crowded we were standing the whole time.  But we made it just in time to start.  It was slow moving at first, there were about 18,000 people running and walking this year.  So it took a little while for us to get moving.  But once we started we had a great time.  We even got on TV to show our shirts that we had made just for the race.  Overall it was great to be there and see all the people that were involved.  We did in honor of 6 great ladies that who have won the battle and those that did not.
